My technician was amazing and did a wonderful job explaining everything. Little pricey but it was worth it for everything they did. He replaced a whole new hot water heater with all the extra parts required and changed out 2 of my water shut offs under the kitchen sink. Arch Plumbing was an excellent experience overall - From the moment Denice answered my call through the completion of the service. Service was scheduled the very next day-which is a big deal when we had no hot water! I was kept well informed of the estimate, on timing, and even received a text with an image of who was coming out. And then there’s Joe! He was our tech that came out.
