My technician was amazing and did a wonderful job explaining everything. Little pricey but it was worth it for everything they did. He replaced a whole new hot water heater with all the extra parts required and changed out 2 of my water shut offs under the kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step and allowed me to ask any questions I had. Would highly recommend

Arch Plumbing was an excellent experience overall - From the moment Denice answered my call through the completion of the service. Service was scheduled the very next day-which is a big deal when we had no hot water! I was kept well informed of the estimate, on timing, and even received a text with an image of who was coming out. And then there’s Joe! He was our tech that came out. He was thorough throughout the process, extremely respectful and was an excellent representative of the company. Thank you for getting us back up and running at quickly Joe and Denice! I’m grateful.
