Little pricey but it was worth it for everything they did. He replaced a whole new hot water heater with all the extra parts required and changed out 2 of my water shut offs under the kitchen sink. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step and allowed me to ask any questions I had. Service was scheduled the very next day-which is a big deal when we had no hot water! I was kept well informed of the estimate, on timing, and even received a text with an image of who was coming out. And then there’s Joe! He was our tech that came out.
