I needed a plumber ASAP. I called five different companies and they all said they didn't have appointments available until next week. I called Arch Plumbing and they said they could be at my home within 2 hours. I asked how much the service fee and diagnostic fee would be and was told that there is no charge for coming to my home.

Tony was here in less than 2 hours. He quickly found the problem and he gave me a quote for repair and the quote was very reasonable.

Tony said he would finish in about an hour. He finished in less than an hour. The problem was fixed and I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend Arch Plumbing and Tony in particular, although I'm sure that all of the other Plumbers are excellent as well.

Tony did a great job with all of our plumbing needs. We had several plumbing jobs that needed attention. He was very prompt and got right to work. Cleaning up after each job.

Water heater needed an expansion tank added and a new shut off ball valve installed. Denise got us scheduled quickly and Chris was right on time and well prepared. Very polite and professional. Work was excellent! Overall great experience with Arch Plumbing, highly recommend.
